Achievements

Grey Power makes representations to the various levels of government on matters that affect, or benefit, the mature citizens in our society. We have worthwhile relationships with all authorities and our input is highly regarded by the various department with which we deal.

Many of the initiatives of various legislation/regulation , while seemingly beneficial, often fail to deliver to the very people to whom the changes are directed. Grey Power has supported many issues that affect the delivery of health, transport and law and order matters and we shall continue to keep contentious matters before the relevant authority.

Many of the issues raised and supported by Grey Power are also canvassed by numerous other organisations and the combined strength of this representation can make a difference. There is strength in numbers and Grey Power fully supports COTA and their associated organisational members.

We welcome suggestions and input from members on issues that are aligned to the enjoyment of a pleasant lifestyle and a safe retirement environment in which our families can live and prosper.
